I really like the plan. It definitely takes some discipline when you’re use to over eating. The plan definitely works I am down 12 lbs

6 Week Fat Loss ( 2 weeks and 3 days in)

I have been following this 6 weeks program and I have lost 13lbs in just 2 weeks and 3 days. I haven’t even followed it perfectly, but I still see results. It’s amazing what you can accomplish when all the anxiety of planning is taken away and is replaced by a structured meal plan and workout guide.It’s a great guide in my opinion and I am hoping to see even more improvement at the end of the 6 weeks. It has definitely shown that bodies are built in the kitchen 💪🏼🙌🏼
