Detox DONE!

I am LOVING the way this meal plan is shifting my mindset and habits with food. Today is day 15 for me, and the first day after the initial detox weeks. Not only do I feel so much better, but I am equipped with new knowledge on making smart eating choices. My skin is better, the pounds are falling off, and most importantly I feel confident to make a lifestyle change for better health. Thank you Toni & Team!

It works!!!

I'm a little more than a week in and I'm already seeing results. Went from 199 to 191 in a little more than a week with consistent cardio and sticking to the meal plan.

Food plan had to be adjusted, but overall liking it so far

I am currently about a week into the program, so this is an early review. I will say you will not go hungry on this detox diet, and depending on which calorie plan you take afterward, this whole 6 weeks you will not be hungry.

What I will say that for *me,* personally, I had to adjust the detox diet. After the 4th day of eating the same meals at the same time, my body just hated food. I was not hungry and I did not want to eat, but especially the turkey and the skinny girl dressing. I can literally smell the turkey and dressing for the salad and it makes me gag. I have no idea why this is happening, but now I have 3lbs of turkey in my fridge that I had to give to my sister because I cannot eat that anymore.

I switched to just chicken and fish and it seems to be helping more. I also had to find a vegan dressing to adhere to the no sugar, no dairy. The lowest I could find at ny grocery store was a vegan ranch with 1g of sugar. I don’t use too much and it’s working fine.

I do love the breakfast and can eat avocado toast with egg pretty much every day. I found a sugar-free flavor to add to my coffee with sugar-free nondairy milk, and I feel full and energized for the day.

I did want to see how my body reacted to the food first, so I haven’t done the gym portion yet. We are planning to go this week and we are excited for the progressive overload and getting our steps in.

I will probably do a more thorough review if they ask for it, or if I remember, maybe after 4 weeks or even after the six weeks. I’m not treating this like a lose weight quick system. I’m treating this as the launch pad for my long-term health journey. I will probably be taking what I like from this program and start creating a habit from there. I don’t know what made me pull the trigger on this journey, but I’m glad I’m starting.
