**PHOTO RELEASE AGREEMENT**
**Agreement made at the onset of acceptance into Fine Fit Fitness/Sisters Facebook Group. Found Here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/finefitfitness/, between Fine Fit Coaching LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Fine Fit Fitness" and/or "Fine Fit Sisters","Fine Fit Coaching" and the undersigned, hereinafter referred to as the "Participant."**
**WHEREAS, the Participant is a member of the Fine Fit Coaching Facebook Group (hereinafter referred to as the "Group"); and**
**WHEREAS, the Company may desire to use the Participant's images, words, likeness, and any other content provided by the Participant, for various promotional and marketing purposes on Fine Fit Coaching LLC websites, advertisements, social media, and other outlets;**
**NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:**
1. **Grant of Rights:** The Participant hereby grants to Fine Fit Coaching LLC the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from any content provided by the Participant, including but not limited to images, words, and likeness, for promotional and marketing purposes.
2. **Permitted Uses:** The Company may use the Participant's content for purposes including, but not limited to, attracting other users, sharing success stories, and promoting plans used by the Participant as deemed best sellers.
3. **Release and Waiver:** The Participant releases and discharges Fine Fit Coaching LLC, its agents, representatives, and assigns, from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses, whether at law or in equity, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Participant's content as permitted herein.
4. **No Compensation:** The Participant acknowledges and agrees that they are not entitled to any compensation, royalties, or other payment from Fine Fit Coaching LLC for the use of their content as described herein.
5. **Duration of Agreement:** This agreement shall be effective from the date of acceptance by the Participant and shall continue until terminated by either party in writing.
6. **Governing Law:** This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the [State/Country] without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Participant has executed this Photo Release Agreement as of the date they join and accept the terms of joining the Facebook group.
