The first step is identifying your goal, next, get your plan, then, follow along. It's really easy, just like fat loss! All products mentioned in the meal guide are everyday foods. We offer ingredients that you can use to create low calorie, high protein meals. We recommend you purchase the 90 Day e-plan which features a detox of excess sugars and dairy for the first 2 weeks of the guide and then a maintenance plan with a workout guide included in the meal plan. We support re-creating a healthy relationship by knowing how much to eat and eating every 2-3 hours so that you don't overeat. All of our plans are healthy with an appropriate mix of protein and carbs. By eating a protein filled plan like ones we offer and following our HIIT workout guide in the 30 day or HIIT and PROGRESSIVE overload workout guide in our 90 day plan, you can re-define your body.
The first 14 days of your 90 meal guide are focused on foods that don't include dairy and limit sugar intake. When you purchase and prepare the food items and eat the portions outlined in the guide, that is when you are going through the detox process. You may feel achy and irritable for the first 3-5 days, however by the 6th day you will notice less inflammation in your body and more energy will awake and more restfulness when sleeping. Detox Nourish is a drink mix that is taken during the 14 day detox/ anti-inflammatory meal guide. It is OPTIONAL for fat loss success. Detox Nourish is to be taken 2x per day. You mix 1 scoop with 12-16 oz of water, apple cider vinegar and lemon juice . Drink 1x before your first meal and again around the second around meal. The supplements mentioned are optional and none are included with the 90 day e-guide. We do suggest you take a fish oil, digestive enzyme and a probiotic if you encounter bloat or difficulty with digestion. Shop our supplements below.
