Welcome to Fine Fit Fitness in order to lose weight you need to be in a calorie deficit. In the calculator below enter your height weight age and activity level and the calculator will tell you how many calories you should eat every single day to lose 1 pound a week. 1 pound a week should be your goal for sustainable weight loss. Round that number up to the nearest 100th (if your number 1718 rounded up to 1800 and find a matching 1800 cal plan to start) and scroll below to choose a plan. It is suggested that you start off your weight loss journey doing a sample two week detox meal plan which is about 1300 cal/ five meals a day. Then move on to your meal plan based on your calorie deficit needs. You can purchase more than one plan that is your same calorie deficit. I.e. you can purchase a 2100 cal pescatarian and vegetarian plan along with a regular meat eaters plan if you want tons of different food ideas.
