When you decide to do it the right way for the last time!

Face to Face Friday. The picture on the left is prior to me finding Toni on Tik Tok. Initially I was just listening and trying things on my own. But I listen everyday. I implemented eating in a calorie deficit. I was losing but got tired of plugging in what I ate, counting calories, etc. I was 294lbs in the pic on the left. I started the 90 day plan on 9/19 at 280lbs. I weighed in after the 2 week detox at 268lbs. Pic on the right taken today. The only regret is not starting sooner.
