6 Week Fat Loss Transformation

Just completed Week 1 of the detox portion. Seeing results already. Looking forward to the 4 Week program!

To be honest this wasn’t for me… See my sister has asked me a few times about how I keep my weight down even in the winter months here in Illinois… But I think I make it sound too simple for a goal that she has for herself… So I got the thought that maybe I’m not the right messenger for me being into playing sports most of my life…So I came across Toni’s page on TikTok and after some research, I saw this program would work way better than the advice I was giving… So now I just have my fingers crossed that she does the work as I continue to root for her. Thank you in advance.

I am LOVING the way this meal plan is shifting my mindset and habits with food. Today is day 15 for me, and the first day after the initial detox weeks. Not only do I feel so much better, but I am equipped with new knowledge on making smart eating choices. My skin is better, the pounds are falling off, and most importantly I feel confident to make a lifestyle change for better health. Thank you Toni & Team!

I'm a little more than a week in and I'm already seeing results. Went from 199 to 191 in a little more than a week with consistent cardio and sticking to the meal plan.
