I love the chicken meatballs recipe

Brilliant! It’s easy and tasty. Great holiday appetizer to take to parties. I grated the onion, added garlic, lemon zest and Greek oregano to add to the Mediterranean vibe. I also added an egg and a handful of oats. This has inspired an Asian version without the feta and with ginger, garlic, and scallions, and a Latin version with chopped chipotle peppers in adobo, garlic, and cilantro. Served with wilted spinach and tomatoes, as well as in a homemade chicken broth as a soup. Simple, flavorful, and versatile. More recipes, please!
