Regina's 70 Pound Weight Loss Transformation: How She Did It

I want to tell you a great story about Regina and her weight loss journey. Regina's journey began when she decided to challenge herself to post before and after pictures once a month. She knew she needed to make a change and decided to follow Toni's 1-week and 30-day meal plans, eventually transitioning to the 90-day meal plan to continue building muscle.


Through hard work and dedication, Regina has seen amazing results, going from a size 26 to a size 12 and losing a total of 70 pounds so far, with a steady weight loss of 1-2 pounds per week. She has also noticed significant improvements in her energy levels and physical health, no longer experiences pain in her back and knees while walking.


In the process of moving to another state, Regina has been able to easily lift heavy furniture and go up and down stairs without becoming winded, thanks to her newfound strength and confidence. It was a testament to the hard work, dedication, and discipline she had been practicing to reach her goals. Taking progress pictures along the way, Regina looked back at where she had started and was blown away by the transformation she had achieved.  


The biggest lesson she had learned was that working out alone was not enough; her progress had mostly been made in the kitchen. With her newfound confidence and strength, Regina was looking forward to reaching her goal of 100 pounds of fat loss, one day at a time. She was eager to show others that with the right motivation and mindset, anything was possible!
