In the calculator below enter your height weight age and activity level and the calculator will tell you how many calories you should eat every single day to gain 1 pound a week. 1 pound a week should be your goal for sustainable weight gain. Round that number up to the nearest 100th (if your number 1718 rounded up to 1800 and find a matching 1800 cal plan to start) and scroll below to choose a plan. You can purchase more than one plan that is your same calorie deficit. I.e. you can purchase a 2100 cal pescatarian and vegetarian plan along with a regular meat eaters plan if you want tons of different food ideas. All of these plans are downloadable in PDF form, you can immediately download your plan after purchasing.
